Got my new iPhone 3GS on Saturday after queuing for more than 5 hours at Singtel Comcenter. This is my first iPhone, in fact, the first time in my life to own a smartphone. Within minutes of owning this phone, I was already making calls and sending MMS of a picture of the crowd outside Comcenter.

My M1 Mobile Broadband contract will expire in 2 weeks’ time and I was told there will be no more 50% discount on the price plan. That’s as good as telling me to switch to Singtel or Starhub. Got an SMS from Singtel at 3pm announcing that the iPhone 3GS will be launched on 10 July 2009 in Singapore. More information on the price plans and upgrage options will be available early next week.

I was invited to the MSI X-Slim X340 launch event at Vivocity yesterday.
