Wonder how to come up with a nice color scheme for a new Web site?
I was searching on Google for a free color schemer to suggest some nice color combinations for a new Web site. And I found these very useful color schemers:

Color Codes
The most common color codes are represented in RGB(Red, Green, Blue). Different colors are represented by a string of digits and characters.
To make things even more complicated, there are decimal or hexadecimal in the color codes of the HTML or CSS.
For example, the color red is represented in decimal as rgb(255,0,0) and in hex is #ff0000.
