If you are buying Wifi+4G models from Singtel, M1 or Starhub with a 2-year plan then you can expect a deep discount of $500 to $600 for the 64G model. I bought ipad2 with M1 Singapore a couple of months ago. Got a 64gig/3g. Problem is, My ipad2 screen got cracked due to my carelessness. Drop on the floor at home and the screen got shattered partially. I’m not sure if M1 warranty can cover this.
